Emergency Rental Assistance Program

Please refer to the American Median Income (AMI) table to see if you qualify based on your income.
The program intends to prevent evictions that would contribute to the spread of the virus by paying past and current rent for PIERCE COUNTY RESIDENTS.

Due to a large volume of applicants, wait times to process the application are longer than expected. Please allow 2-4 weeks for an advocate to process your application. For more urgent needs, please consider reaching out to other agencies that are also providing emergency rental assistance. These organizations are listed below.

If you would like to fill out an application through Our Sisters' House please follow this link.

Associated Ministries, Centro Latino, Consejo Counseling, Goodwill, Helping Hand House, Korean Women's Association, Metropolitan Development Council, Pierce County Aids Foundation, Rainbow Center, Share & Care House, Tacoma Ministerial Alliance, Wellspring Family Services, Multicultural Child & Family Hope Center.

For King County residents, please visit this website to see if you are eligible for rental assistance.
