Emotional Regulation & Stress Management
Youth learn healthy ways to understand emotions, manage stress, and respond thoughtfully rather than reacting in difficult situations.
Conflict Resolution & Communication
Coaches support youth in developing respectful communication skills, setting boundaries, and resolving conflicts in healthy, productive ways.
Academic Support & School Engagement
Participants receive guidance on improving grades, staying motivated, and strengthening habits that support success in school.
Career Exploration & Interests
Youth explore career paths, personal interests, and long-term aspirations while building confidence in their potential and abilities.
Confidence, Motivation & Self-Advocacy
Coaching helps youth strengthen self-confidence, build motivation, and develop the skills to speak up for their needs and goals.

Who Can Participate:

The primary age range for life coaching services is 12 to 19 years old; however, there is currently no strict age limit. Eligibility requirements may vary depending on how youth are referred.

Some participants are court-involved, while others are connected through school-based programs such as Healthy Relationships. Families or individuals may also contact us directly to request life coaching services and discuss how we can best support their specific needs.

If a youth is formally appointed to life coaching, they can expect a phone call or email from our team to initiate services. The program typically consists of four to six one-hour sessions, with the option to continue services if additional support is beneficial.
